SAGE adults are 65 years plus and focus on spiritual fellowship and giving back to others. They are role models at Canterbury as they represent unity and faith in their service of giving and engaging in every age and stage of life. Each SAGE ministry is prayerfully designed to provide purpose, guidance, and life meaning to our church and community.

Mission Statement
To support and encourage the SAGE adults to embrace the journey of aging, foster intergenerational relationships, and continue to strive for a healthy, spirit filled life.
engAGE with SAGE at Canterbury
Looking for the Fountain of Youth? Let us help by offering you a roadmap to successful aging. Whether we like it or not, we all age, so join us as we learn how to successfully navigate the seasons of our lives.
Through engAGE, we will offer quarterly Lunch and Learn gatherings featuring engaging and informative topics on how to live our best lives. On Thursday, April 18, we will hear from our own Valerie Boyd, Executive Director of Encore and SAGE Ministries, as she addresses dementia prevention.
Come with your ideas on what you would like to learn more about as we grow together in health and spirit.
