SUMMARY:Holy Week
DESCRIPTION:NOON SERVICES & LUNCH | MARCH 25\, 26 & 27\n12 Noon | CHAPEL \nJoin us during Holy Week at 12 Noon on Monday\, Tuesday\, and Wednesday in the Chapel for a time of reflection and worship. Each day will feature a different guest speaker. This year\, we are excited to welcome Canterbury members to deliver the Holy Week messages.\n– Lunches will be available for purchase immediately following each service. \n\nMAUNDY THURSDAY | MARCH 28\n12 Noon | CHAPEL\n6 PM  |  SANCTUARY \nThe Thursday before Easter is known as Maundy Thursday\, or Holy Thursday. Maundy is derived from the Latin word for “command\,” and it refers to Jesus’ commandment to his disciples to “Love one another as I have loved you.” Maundy Thursday commemorates the Last Supper as described in the Gospel of Luke\, Chapter 22. You are invited to join us at either service offered to partake in this special time of remembrance. \n\nGOOD FRIDAY | MARCH 29\n12 Noon | CHAPEL\n6 PM  |  CANTERBURY CENTER \nOn Good Friday\, we remember the day Jesus willingly suffered and died on the cross as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins. Easter follows it\, the glorious celebration of the day Jesus was raised from the dead\, heralding his victory over sin and death and pointing ahead to a future resurrection for all who are united to him by faith. Join us in Canterbury Center for a powerful Good Friday service as we await an Easter celebration.
